My Approach

I work in a way that’s tailored to each person, focusing on building a trusting, supportive relationship. I use different tools and techniques depending on what’s most helpful. This might include paying attention to how feelings show up in the body, exploring different “parts” of ourselves that sometimes feel in conflict, gently processing past difficult experiences, and learning ways to manage strong emotions.

I work from an integrative, relational foundation, drawing on somatic practices, parts work (Internal Family Systems), trauma processing, Emotion-Focused approaches including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and cognitive approaches such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

What I bring to our work:

  • Nervous system regulation & somatic practices to calm the fight/flight/freeze responses that drive anxiety and trauma

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and more balanced relationships

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore and support the different “parts” of you—without judgment

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to gently make sense of past traumas and move beyond stuck thought patterns

  • Attachment & psychodynamic exploration to understand how your past still influences your present

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you stop fighting your thoughts and start building the life you want

  • Therapeutic coaching if you want support with change, decision-making, or navigating leadership and work-related stress

  • A neuroscience-informed approach to help you understand how your brain and body respond to stress, emotion, and change

Why work with me:

I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can feel seen, accepted, and supported. At the core of my work is our therapeutic relationship-I believe healing happens in a safe, genuine connection.

As a Member of the European Neuroscience Society (FENS) and Founding Lead of the Neurodiversity Special Interest Group at the Applied Neuroscience Association, I champion inclusive approaches to mental health. I also lead the UK chapter of the Psychedelic Medicine Association and am a trained Psychedelic Practitioner with Clerkenwell Health.
