-
Create psychologically safe, neuroinclusive workplaces
I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can feel seen, accepted, and supported. At the core of my work is our therapeutic relationship-I believe healing happens in a safe, genuine connection.
Working with late-diagnosed adults
A large part of my work is supporting adults who have been diagnosed later in life or who have only recently begun to recognise their neurodivergence. Many of these individuals spent years wondering why life felt more exhausting for them, or why they struggled with things others seemed to manage easily. This late understanding can bring relief but also confusion, grief, anger, or a feeling of finally seeing the truth of themselves. I help late-diagnosed adults make sense of their past, understand their present, and build a future that feels kinder, clearer, and more aligned with who they truly are.
ADHD & Autism Couples Coaching
Alongside individual coaching, I also work with couples where one or both partners are neurodivergent. Many couples want help understanding each other’s communication styles, emotional needs, and ways of processing the world. I support couples to communicate more clearly, reduce misunderstandings, and rebuild connection in a way that feels gentle, respectful, and supportive.
This work supports couples to:
-
Understand each partner
-
Reduce conflict driven by misunderstanding or communication differences
-
Build emotional connection, trust, and shared language
-
Navigate sensory needs, routines, and differing regulation styles
-
Strengthen compatibility and teamwork
This is a supportive, structured, and compassionate process that helps couples move from frustration to understanding, and from survival mode to partnership.

My background
I began my career in investment banking, which gave me a strong understanding of high-performance environments, stress, responsibility, and the challenges many leaders face. Over time, my interest in the brain, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing led me to study applied neuroscience, psychotherapy, and ADHD research.
I now bring all of this experience together in my work with clients.
Today, my work is informed by:
-
MSc in Applied Neuroscience
-
Psychotherapy Diploma (MBACP)
-
ADHD research & affiliate research role at King’s College London
-
Executive Therapeutic Coaching Diploma
-
Leadership roles in global neurodiversity communities:
-
Co-Host of the Association for Coaching’s Neurodiversity SIG
-
Lead of the Applied Neuroscience Association Neurodiversity SIG
How I support individuals and organisations
I help people understand their emotions, their focus and motivation, their patterns of behaviour, and how they function at work and in relationships. Many of my clients are high achievers who feel tired, overwhelmed, or unsure why things feel harder for them than for others. Together, we explore what is happening underneath the surface, and we build practical strategies that actually work for their brain.
I also work with organisations that want to support neurodivergent staff in a meaningful and respectful way. This involves helping leaders understand how neurodivergent professionals think and communicate, and how to create workplace cultures where people can succeed without burning out or masking who they are.
What clients often say
Clients often tell me that they finally feel understood. They say I help them make sense of their thoughts and emotions in a simple and relatable way. Many describe feeling calmer, more confident, and more hopeful about their future. My style is steady, thoughtful, and curious. I listen carefully, ask helpful questions, and explain things in a way that is grounded, clear, and easy to take in.
Somatic Experiencing and working with the body
Alongside my therapeutic and coaching work, I use gentle somatic experiencing techniques to help clients understand what is happening in their bodies during stress, overwhelm, or emotional activation. Many neurodivergent people live with constant tension, sensory overload, or a feeling of being “on high alert”. Somatic work helps clients recognise these signals, settle their nervous system, and feel more connected and present. This approach supports emotional regulation, reduces anxiety, and helps people build a stronger sense of safety and steadiness in everyday life.
