Anxiety, Chronic Stress & Overwhelm

  • High-functioning or social anxiety that others don’t notice, but you feel every day

  • Burnout and stress, especially from constant “doing” and perfectionism

  • Trouble sleeping or switching off due to an overactive mind

  • A sense of overwhelm that feels like it’s “too much, all the time”

  • Shame or self-criticism that feels hard to shake

ADHD-specific difficulties:

  • Constant mental noise or racing thoughts that make it hard to focus or rest

  • Forgetfulness, missed deadlines, or feeling like you’re always “dropping the ball”

  • Feeling misunderstood or like your brain just works differently from everyone else’s

  • Trouble starting tasks—even the ones you really want to do

  • All-or-nothing energy patterns: overworking or freezing

  • Emotional intensity or reactivity that catches you off guard

  • Difficulty regulating time, money, or priorities

  • Being labelled “too sensitive” or “too much” 
     

Trauma & Emotional Patterns

  • A desire to understand how trauma is still shaping your life today

  • Feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself, even though “nothing looks wrong” on the outside

  • Emotional numbness or shutdown—knowing something’s off but not being able to access your feelings

  • A sense of loneliness, even in relationships or busy environments

  • Wanting to change, but not knowing where (or how) to begin
     

Trauma-related experiences might include:

  • Feeling unsafe or on edge, even in calm environments

  • Flashbacks, emotional triggers, or body memories that don’t make sense

  • Trouble trusting others—or yourself

  • Replaying past events and wishing you’d reacted differently

  • A deep fear of being abandoned, judged, or not good enough

  • Carrying emotional pain from childhood, even if you’ve “moved on”

  • Wanting to feel more connected, grounded, and whole
     

Confidence, Identity & Relationships

  • Low confidence or feeling like a fraud/imposter syndrome

  • Relationship difficulties or patterns that keep repeating

  • Difficulty setting boundaries or saying no, often putting everyone else first
