ADHD
Coaching
A small, confidential group for adults with ADHD (limited to four) – some newly diagnosed, others further along. The aim is to create a safe, supportive space to explore how ADHD shows up in everyday life and to share strategies that actually help.
Structure and format:
-
12-week programme (60-minute sessions, once a week).
-
Mix of psychoeducation, coaching-style reflection, therapeutic insight and group discussion.
-
Sessions are guided, but there is plenty of space for what is most relevant to the group each week.
Outcomes:
The group is grounded in current ADHD research and best practices in coaching, therapy and psychology. By the end, you can expect to:
-
Understand how ADHD affects executive functioning and self-regulation.
-
Feel less alone through shared experience and peer support.
-
Learn realistic strategies to support focus, planning, and follow-through.
-
Improve emotional regulation and reduce overwhelm.
-
Explore how ADHD shapes your sense of identity.
-
Identify and reduce personal burnout triggers.
-
Strengthen daily structure through ADHD-friendly tools.
-
Increase self-compassion and reduce negative self-talk.
-
Build a personalised ADHD toolkit tailored to your needs.
Cost: The programme runs for 12 weeks at £40 per session (£480 total).
